Our story
Cooking was never something I did. It's something I am.
A lifelong passion for food was never going to stay at the family table. Mr. Graze is what happened when instinct, ambition and an entrepreneurial eye turned that passion into a venture of its own.

Where it began
The kitchen I grew up in.
I grew up in the kitchen with my mother. Watching her cook, her feeding the people she loved, putting all her love into the food — because in our house, that's what food was for. In our culture, everything revolves around the table. To host someone is to feed them, and there is always something there, and always enough.
That's what taught me what cooking actually is. It isn't just food — it's how a community comes together, sharing stories, ideas and time around a table. Somewhere along the way, it stopped being something I did and became something I am.
The family trade
Hospitality runs in the family.
My family has been in hospitality for as long as I can remember. It's the family trade — and along with it came the experience, and a passion for food that runs through all of us. Everyone always told me I was destined to end up in food and hospitality… and they were on the money.
So it was never a question of whether I'd end up around food — everyone in this family knows their way around a kitchen. What makes me different is how far I wanted to take it. I've taken a stronger interest, and I keep pushing it further, because the passion behind it is real.

Where it started
One table led to the next.
Mr. Graze began at our own family events, where I made Pinsa Romana grazing spreads and guests started asking me to bring the same experience to their celebrations. Seeing someone taste what I had made — and the smile that arrived before they said a word — was the reason to take it further. That feeling still sits at the heart of Mr. Graze. I’m not stopping here; I want to keep developing my craft, with a patisserie course alongside everything else on the horizon.
